Tips for dates in Cape Town
- Informality is the order of the day - more or less anything goes
- Cape Town is at its most clement from March until May
- January is in the middle of the peak season and hotels get fully-booked
- Crime can be a problem so take a taxi rather than walk at night. If you
drive yourself, keep you car doors locked and a gap between you and the car in
front if you stop at traffic lights (in case they try to block you in). Never
take a short cut if you are on-foot.
